Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food to ensure that it meets our high standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure that they are informed of any issues or concerns.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Anglais.
