- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have enough stock to meet our customers' needs.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet our high standards of quality.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the performance of our restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Language: English.
