Your Job
You will be responsible for showcasing your passion for people by anticipating guest needs and providing a bit of surprise and delight. You will inspire, support, and guide your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will connect with guests, answer their questions about our food and brand, and make them feel valued at all touchpoints. As a model of calm and fairness, you will handle various situations with composure and positivity.
Requirements
While previous experience in food service or retail is helpful, it's not necessary. What matters most is who you are - trustworthy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You believe good quality is what keeps guests coming back, and you understand that service is about making connections. A smile, an extra hand, or an empathetic nod can make all the difference in someone's day.
