About the Role:

We're looking for a talented Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at President's Choice Financial. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive employer branding strategy that showcases our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that highlights our company culture and values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute employer branding campaigns
  • Design and develop visual content, such as posters, flyers, and social media graphics, to promote our company culture and values
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
