Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Michael Golden Law Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Conduct research
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- College/CEGEP education
