Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team at Oj's Halal Meat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts and price meat products
- Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Grind meats and make special sausages
- Slice cooked meats and prepare special orders
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Standing for extended periods and attention to detail
- Hand-eye coordination and ability to work with manual cutting utensils and power grinders
- Dependability, initiative, and judgement
- Organized and reliable with excellent team player skills
