Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Walker Lake Meat Shop. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones and excess fat from meats
- Weigh and label meats for sale
- Cut and prepare poultry and fish products
- Grind and slice meats as needed
- Prepare special orders and displays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Our Meat Shop is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing high-quality meats to our customers. As a Meat Cutter, you will be working in a team environment with other meat cutters and processors.
