Responsibilities
  • Improve production efficiencies and innovate business solutions
  • Implement process changes and track business critical KPIs
  • Lead a frontline team and problem-solve issues
  • Remove barriers and motivate team members to achieve goals
  • Develop and implement Annual Operating Plans for Production
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sciences or similar program
  • Second year plus students preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
