Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Intouch Insight. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting our marketing team in creating visually appealing marketing materials, coordinating marketing initiatives, and maintaining accurate marketing databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, sales collateral, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, such as events, webinars, and email campaigns, to ensure timely execution and outreach.
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases, track campaign performance metrics, and generate reports to analyze marketing efforts.
  • Build and manage corporate-approved templates for use internally.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Proactively engage in learning about different marketing strategies and tools to demonstrate a willingness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in graphic design with knowledge of using Canva or similar design tools is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of marketing materials and data management.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the marketing field, with a willingness to explore various marketing disciplines.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
