Operations Manager

At MT. NEWTON SHELL, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
- Business Development: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing inventory, implementing price and credit policies, and resolving issues that may arise.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with MT. NEWTON SHELL.
