Job Title: Property Rentals Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Rentals Manager to join our team at Goldberg Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Supervise Staff: Lead a team of rental agents and building superintendents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
  • Property Management: Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring terms are met and contracts are administered efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports as needed.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Mac OS, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Security Clearance: Bondable, basic security clearance, and a criminal record check.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
