Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
Work Environment:
- Fast food outlet or concession.
- Permanent position with 32 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
