Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that align with our business goals and customer preferences.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
