Job Summary

JAZ Community Support Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Worker to join our team. As a Mental Health Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health disabilities, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
  • Assess clients' eligibility for specific services and provide personalized support
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Implement life skills workshops and provide guidance on daily living skills
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention, as well as conflict resolution
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations
