We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Starling Minds Inc. in Ontario or Quebec, Canada.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a base salary of $100,000 per year and commission available on account growth and renewal term length.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new and existing accounts, building deep and meaningful customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze key customer data, identify expansion opportunities, and drive adoption and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a high-performance account management capacity (SaaS) with proven results driving satisfaction and revenue.
