Job Summary:
The Court Services Branch is a dedicated team committed to ensuring equitable access to court administration with integrity, compassion, and service excellence. Team members work collaboratively with Judiciary, Registry staff, Court Clerks, and the District Registrar, creating an engaged environment where diverse perspectives are valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve critical court applications
- Manage key court processes
- Provide clear guidance to the public and legal professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent
  • 2 years recent experience working in a legal environment or 1 year experience working in Court Administration
  • Experience using computers and software programs (e.g. Windows, MS Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to qualify for signing authority as a Deputy District Registrar within 6 months of appointment to the position
  • Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading French and English
