Information Technology Support Specialist

Go Auto, one of Canada's largest auto dealership groups, is seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Analyst to join its team.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff, customers, and partners. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as updating software and firmware
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex technical issues
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive retail industry. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and networking principles is highly desirable.
