About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Delivery Middle Office team as an Assistant Vice President. This role will be responsible for managing middle office trade management, derivatives, and asset valuations, with a focus on reconciliations, risk management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage reconciliations to identify issues and high fluctuations in accounts, implementing new checks and procedures as needed.
  • Manage high-risk processes across international markets, working with minimal oversight to identify and resolve trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Corporate Actions, Trading, and Performance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance control and organization around the trade life-cycle.
  • Provide training and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide solutions for improvement, working closely with management to achieve group and client goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of Middle Office and/or Front Office support experience, with a strong background in trade management and risk management.
  • Previous experience with TLM/RKS/ESP a plus, as well as knowledge of securities language.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize potential issues and escalate as needed.
