Job Title: Global Middle Office Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Middle Office Analyst to join our team. As a Global Middle Office Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our trade support functions, prioritizing tasks as necessary, and actively managing risks. You will also be responsible for ensuring a strong understanding of tasks assigned, including investment concepts, best practices, and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operational support, prioritizing tasks as necessary.
- Actively manage risks, including operational, reputational, and settlement risks.
- Ensure a strong understanding of tasks assigned, including investment concepts, best practices, and system requirements.
- Manage and maintain good working relationships with Front Office, Onshore, and Offshore counterparts.
- Support analysis to identify root cause of production problems and errors, and develop timely solutions.
- Propose projects and process automations to promote service excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related business course.
- Minimum 2 years related work experience within Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations, and/or Fund Accounting.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime, and must be willing to work on fixed night shift schedule.
Domain Knowledge Requirements:
- Understand the concepts surrounding Trade Support functions and the Trade Life Cycle.
- Possesses a fundamental understanding of investment transactions, trade lifecycle, and various asset classes.
- Good working knowledge in using Bloomberg and other pricing/data sources.
- Knowledge in BBG, SCD, Custodian Portals is highly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge regarding Data Management, Pricing, Settlements, Reconciliation, Transactions, and Transfers processes.
