Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all laundry bags are transported from room areas to the laundry room.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including floors, banisters, and other areas as needed.
  • Restock supplies in all housekeeping areas.
  • Transport laundry bags from room areas to the laundry room.
  • Clean public areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, washing, and polishing floors, banisters, walls, and other areas as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns within your knowledge.
  • Clean windows in hallways and other areas as requested.
  • Clean washrooms and meeting rooms.
  • Empty garbage from Room Attendant carts and offices daily.
  • Stock all housekeeping areas with supplies.
  • Ensure all light bulbs are replaced.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • WHMIS training is considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull linen carts.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
