We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the Northern Star Hotel & Convention Center. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Room Cleaning: Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen inventory and restock rooms.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field

Working Conditions:

  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
