About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Remediation Manager to join our Resilience team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have direct experience with contaminated site projects and environmental remediation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
  • Evaluating and mitigating project risks
  • Providing technical advice and support
  • Preparing reports and conducting senior-level reviews

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the Record of Site Condition process in Ontario and be able to apply provincial and federal regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • 10+ years of direct experience in contaminated sites and site remediation
  • Experience working on projects involving industrial facilities, commercial processing plants, federal government properties, and solar facilities
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites and meetings as needed
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in various sectors, including industrial, development, and federal and provincial government. A strong understanding of environmental compliance and associated guidelines/legislation is essential.
