Assembly Line Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Assembly to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the assembly operations, ensuring high-quality products, and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and control assembly processes to meet production requirements and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and optimize production workflows.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of assembly team members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control data.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in assembly process optimization, quality control, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration) preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience.
