Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Isaan Der-Thai Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and serving of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Staff Management: Train, supervise, and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that our food meets our high standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our kitchen operations are financially sustainable.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, Smart Serve, Food Safety, and Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
