Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at I K N TRUCKING LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate production and other reports as required.

Team Supervision

Supervise and guide a team of workers to ensure efficient completion of tasks and projects.

Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.

Staffing and Training

Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure a skilled and efficient team.

Cost Estimation and Material Management

Estimate costs and materials required for projects and requisition or order necessary supplies.

Workplace Management

Establish and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
