Job Title: Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at I K N TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive repair and service shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Manage own company
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week of work
