Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at I K N TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive repair and service shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of shop employees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and services
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and coordinate activities with other work units

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
