Job Title: Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at I K N TRUCKING LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit production and other reports as required.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new employees to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Operations Management: Co-ordinate and schedule activities, manage company operations, and estimate costs and materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
