Prophix, a global leader in financial performance management, is seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global paid media strategy, driving business growth and revenue through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute holistic, multi-channel global digital advertising campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms.
  • Forecast anticipated performance using historical and industry benchmarks.
  • Optimize and maintain campaigns through ongoing post-launch monitoring and adjustment, including A/B testing.
  • Perform biweekly and monthly reporting and analysis based on paid media account performance and business goals.
  • Build, optimize, and manage search, display, video, and paid social campaigns on multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Demandbase, and programmatic marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content production and design.
  • Determine and provide recommendations for daily, monthly, and FY campaign budgets, monitoring and reporting on actual spend.
  • Train and manage co-op/interns assisting with digital advertising coordination and reporting.
  • Utilize paid media platforms and Salesforce for analytics and accurate reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies across paid performance marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in a similar digital advertising role.
  • Solid foundational understanding of paid digital media concepts, terminology, and bid-based buying models.
  • Experience with web analytics and knowledge of online campaign management and measurement.
  • Background in B2B SaaS lead generation is ideal.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located and have a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic campaigns.
  • Proficiency in web analytics.
  • Familiarity with ABX Advertising on platforms such as Demandbase and 6sense.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Tableau for reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
