Compensation Expertise and Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Gibbons, Alberta. As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing direct client-partner services, including compensation management, policy administration, and employee relations support.

About the Role:
  • Manage complex performance management issues, provide corrective behavior consultation, and facilitate workplace investigations.
  • Support change management initiatives, create HR training programs, and participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Provide front-line HR consultation on all HR-related matters, including interpretation of HR policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in human resources work in a generalist function.
  • A university degree in Business/Commerce or Human Resources is preferred.
  • Previous experience in compensation management and employee relations is required.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) membership is an asset.
