Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Gibbons, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of services, including compensation management, policy administration, and employee relations support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise complex performance management issues, including corrective behavior consultation and terminations.
  • Support change management initiatives and create and facilitate HR training programs.
  • Participate in special projects and provide support to other members of the HR team.
  • Manage compensation requirements, including coordination of annual merit and incentive programs.
  • Apply total compensation analysis and advice to design and deliver compensation programs.
  • Provide front-line HR consultation on all HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight years human resources work experience in a generalist function.
  • University degree in Business/Commerce or Human Resources focus preferred.
  • CPHR membership an asset.
  • Previous experience in compensation management and employee relations required.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
