About This Role

We're looking for a Registry Agent to join our team at BrokerLink working from our Gibbons Registries Office on a Permanent Full Time Basis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess customers' needs and process over 160 different products on behalf of Service Alberta.
  2. Maintain a high level of integrity and follow all policies/procedures set forth by Service Alberta.
  3. Process services for Motor Vehicles, Corporate Registries, Vital Statistics, Personal Property and Land Titles. AHCIP designation is an added asset.
  4. Order controlled and non-controlled inventory monthly.
  5. File and organize documents daily.

Requirements

  1. High School Diploma.
  2. Basic General Registries Certificate is an asset but not required.
  3. CORES Level One is an asset but not required.
  4. Strong customer focus.
  5. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
  6. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check.
