About the Role

BDO Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial analysis and assurance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare year-end financial statements and tax returns for clients across various industries
  • Perform and assist on audit engagements, preparing working papers and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, effectively responding to their requests and suggestions
  • Communicate progress updates and issues to team members on an ongoing basis

Requirements
  • Completed or currently working towards CPA designation
  • At least 1 year of audit experience in the public accounting industry
  • Value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • Display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and assurance techniques
