Key Responsibilities:- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role are required.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in English.
