Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Red Star Enterprises Limited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the skills and abilities of our staff and identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we are meeting our business objectives.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Word and other computer software to manage our restaurant's operations and maintain accurate records.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, flexibility, and reliability in your work, ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
