- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Word and other computer software to manage restaurant operations and maintain accurate records.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive tasks that require attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, flexibility, and reliability in all aspects of the job.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
