About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager for our Cards business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and improve client engagement.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with product teams to develop and execute client engagement strategies that drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product teams, marketing, and risk.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and analysis to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
