About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at PHS Trucking & Training Services Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Work Conditions: 30 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
