Pharmaceutical Production Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Production Specialist to join our team at Cambridge Staffing. This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
  • Measure, weigh, and load chemical ingredients accurately following formulation cards.
  • Record production information accurately and efficiently.
  • Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  • Perform routine chemical and physical tests of products to ensure quality standards.
  • Adjust processing machines and equipment to optimize production processes.
  • Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, night shift premiums may be applicable.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at a pharmaceutical processing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
