Preetel Communications Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority.
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Executive Director will work in a dynamic and challenging environment, collaborating with a team of professionals to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
