Job Opportunity: Production Specialist

We're seeking a creative and analytical Production Specialist to join our Marketing Services and Operations department in Winnipeg. This role involves managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials that elevate our brands. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized individual with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project execution, developing workback schedules, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure project timing needs are met.
  • Lead specific initiatives, building workbacks, and securing necessary approvals from editorial, design, compliance, and internal partners.
  • Right-size requests by ensuring clarity on job deliverables and timelines.
  • Initiate and lead creative briefing meetings to align teams with project objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure project progress and information flow between teams, recording updates on project tracking software.
  • Follow up on key dates to maintain accountability and project momentum.
  • Lead bi-weekly Production meetings to discuss upcoming deliverables, potential issues, and new initiatives.
  • Oversee printed collateral production from file preparation to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align current and future projects, preventing rush jobs and scheduling workflow effectively.
