Creative Door Services, a leading overhead door dealer in Western Canada, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator for our Winnipeg branch.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including processing incoming and outgoing materials, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining rolling inventory.

Creative Door Services has been serving Western Canada for over 55 years, providing access solutions through the installation and servicing of overhead doors and driveway gate systems. Our company operates nine branches across the region, with a strong commitment to customer service and employee satisfaction.
The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the General Manager. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a relevant trade, such as construction, welding, or electrical work. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory controls and process incoming and outgoing materials
- Conduct regular inventory checks and provide reports to the Warehouse Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform material movement tasks for order filling, receiving, and loading/unloading
- Follow established processes to ensure error-free shipping and receiving
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of industry standards, company policies, and procedures
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds
