We seek an experienced Senior Product Line Manager to join our team who has a proven track record of developing innovative footwear products that meet the needs of diverse consumer segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to create market-driven footwear products that cater to specific consumer needs and preferences.
  • Lead members of the product and design team through mentorship, professional development, and collaboration.
  • Budget and manage the product line with short-term and long-range lifecycle plans aligned with product strategy and brand goals.
  • Analyze market insights, trends, and sales history to optimize SKU efficiency and profitability.
  • Determine target market segments and develop positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure key Product Line Management gates and dates are met.
  • Partner with Indigenous artists and designers to deliver their vision and intent.
  • Create and present seasonal product briefs incorporating business cases, market influences, and consumer insights.
  • Develop briefs in accordance with product category strategies and meet financial targets on time.
  • Facilitate GTM meetings and milestones to ensure timelines are met and product lines are executed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of footwear product line experience and development required.
  • Proficiency in using social media, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, PLM, and PM tools necessary.
  • Cold-weather product experience preferred.
What We Offer
  • A competitive annual salary of $120,000 - $160,000 based on experience, plus benefits, flexible work hours, paid time off, and discounts on retail products.
  • An opportunity to work in a hybrid/remote model with the ability to report to headquarters as needed.
