Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
