Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Boat Sales Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge of our boat and ATV products to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and timely manner, building strong relationships and driving sales.
  • Maintain current product knowledge through training and resources, staying up-to-date on promotions and pricing structures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Department to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
  • Prepare the showroom daily, ensuring proper signage and product presentation.
  • Generate and manage leads and prospects using our CRM tool, conducting follow-up activities and daily tasks.
  • Participate in special events, such as Boat Shows and Parking Lot events.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales goals, meeting and exceeding company targets.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish strong working relationships.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale register systems.
