Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Boat Sales Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their boating and ATV needs.
  • Provide product information and support to customers to enable them to make informed buying decisions.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and stay up-to-date on pricing structures and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Department to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
  • Prepare the showroom daily to ensure proper signage and product presentation.
  • Generate and manage leads and prospects using our CRM tool.
  • Participate in special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales goals and contribute to company-wide sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale register systems.
