We are looking for a Support Staff Manager to join our team at KM Tires Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers and determining office procedures and routines.

About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of support staff.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
