Sanghera Floors Ltd. is seeking a Support Staff Member to join their team.

Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel in a timely manner.
- Handle electronic inquiries from customers and respond accordingly.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within the company.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to facilitate efficient record-keeping.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
This role requires proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office software applications.
