In this role, you will lead enterprise consulting engagements, collaborating with clients to implement Agile at scale, providing expert guidance and customized solutions to align with their business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting impactful training sessions that inspire and engage participants, helping them deepen their understanding of Agile principles.
  • Collaborating with teams and leadership to drive Agile transformation, supporting their adoption of Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices.
  • Developing and delivering training content that blends strategic consulting with practical training, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client needs.
  • Providing expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
