Transformation Consultant

As a key member of our team at Evisort Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing our largest accounts focused on accelerating digital transformation of contract management and intelligent analytics.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive value and growth
- Providing expert guidance and recommendations to clients to maximize the value of Evisort
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and proposing new features or services to meet evolving client needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and deliver on commitments
- Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on account status and performance metrics
- Preparing and delivering executive briefings and reports to senior leadership
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, and/or Engagement Management for large enterprise accounts
- 8+ years of experience in working with the full lifecycle of customer success post-sales
- Exceptional project management, communication skills, and a highly organized and customer-intuitive approach
- Contracts Management or Legal experience
- An empathetic and positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
